License & Usage
  • Syntax Software Labs grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our software, platforms, and related digital services as per agreed terms.
  • This license allows for use within the scope outlined in each service agreement and does not include rights for resale, duplication, or redistribution.
  • All licenses are valid for the duration specified in the agreement or until terminated due to breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse.
  • Users are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering, modifying, decompiling, or creating derivative works from our software without written authorization.
  • Syntax Software Labs retains all intellectual property rights, trademarks, and proprietary content associated with its services and platforms.
  • Licenses may be revoked at any time should the client violate any outlined conditions, misuse the product, or fail to adhere to ethical and legal standards.
  • Third-party plugins or libraries bundled with our software remain subject to their own licensing terms and should be used accordingly.
  • In the case of subscription-based software, renewal and continued use require timely payment and agreement to any updated terms issued by Syntax Software Labs.
  • Enterprise clients may receive extended or multi-user licensing based on custom contracts or partnership agreements.
  • Any misuse or unauthorized commercial exploitation of licensed software will result in immediate termination of the license and may prompt legal action.
